Our fudge pies are like no pie you have ever tasted before! The unique taste and texture of our pies will excite your taste buds. Our pies have long shelf-life and will last for up to a year if stored properly in the freezer.
Chef Stacey Donayre
Our fudge pie recipes were created and perfected by Chef Stacey Donayre. Chef Stacey graduated from the French Culinary Institute and the Culinary Institute of America where she trained with some of the premier chocolatiers and pastry chefs in the world. She also interned at the world famous Le Cirque restaurant under the tutelage of Chef Jacque Torres. Stacey went on to teach the professional pastry program for the CIA in Mexico City.
After years of experimenting and perfecting her unique versions of fudge pie recipes, Chef Stacey began to sell her pies to help support Charitable Arts, a non-profit org. 501(c)3 founded by her daughter to help underprivileged children in the US and abroad through the use art. Now the Fudge Pie Co. donates 10% of all profits to Charitable Arts and other charitable organizations dedicated to helping underprivileged children.
Flavor of the Month
ALMOND RASPBERRY: The blend of these classic flavors will remind you of a raspberry frangipane. The pie has a thin layer of raspberry puree topped with an almond filling and sliced almonds to finish.
